Firefly’s warehouse is now closed. Their plan for now is to reopen April 9. Here is a note from them:

Due to the Covid-19 fourteen-day closure order by the Province of Ontario, effective March 25th, our offices are closed until April 9th. In accordance with this order, our customer service and warehouse operations have been suspended. Firefly will not be processing or shipping orders during this time.

Nelson remains open at reduced hours and they have a number of books that maybe useful to you for in home schooling purposes.
NBN has temporarily shut down Canadian operations and laid off everyone in Canada until at least April 6. Their US warehouse is open and relying on a skeleton crew so they are shipping orders but I am not sure if those orders will get across the border given the US border shutdown.
The Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group has temporarily suspended select operations until April 6 due to Covid-19 in an attempt to comply with local and national guidance. Please excuse any delayed response during this time. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience during this trying time.

This is a brief update on events affecting UTP Distribution as a result of the evolving COVID-19 pandemic.
UTP Distribution is staying open and fulfilling orders until such time as we are specifically mandated by the Ontario government to close or otherwise as circumstances may change.
Following the government’s announcement that all non-essential businesses are to close for a two-week period effective tonight at midnight, we received some legal advice through the Association of Canadian Publishers that our distribution business qualifies as essential under paragraph 17 of the announcement: “Businesses and facilities that provide transportation services to businesses and individuals including by air, water, road, and rail including providing logistical support, distribution services, warehousing and storage, including truck stops and tow operators.”

Raincoast is still on inventory but accepting orders for shipment next week. Here is their service notice:

Our Richmond office staff are largely working from home. Customer service and credit department lines remain open.
Warehouse functions continue as normal, though we are heading into our annual inventory count March 24 – 27, with a shipping cut off of March 20.
We are aware that our customers face unprecedented challenges and will do our best to help in what ways we can.

Georgetown remains open, but they have FROZEN all orders in the system. If you are filling online or curbside orders and require a GPI order to be released you must notify me or email firstname.lastname@example.org and cc me.
Any new orders placed between now and April 30 will be given an extra 60 days on terms over and above your current terms.
HGD is open and lengthened their hours to practice social distancing in the warehouse, and operational and implementing sanitary standards, orders will still be shipped within one day(ish) if needed, unless you have told me/them to hold your orders. You can read HGD COVID -19 Customer letter.
Starting Monday April 6, Heritage Group Distribution is offering extra support to indies, as describe in the following from their press release:
Three independent Canadian book publishers, Heritage House Publishing, Rocky Mountain Books, and TouchWood Editions, along with their distributor, Heritage Group Distribution, are extending a helping hand to independent bookstores while they experience challenges due to COVID-19 by offering them an extra 20% off their invoices.
Over the past few weeks, independent bookstores across the country have experienced massive disruption due to the spread of COVID-19, and many have been forced to close their doors. Most of these bookstores are operating in a limited capacity with reduced staff who are fulfilling online or telephone orders and offering inexpensive delivery or curbside pickup. Bookstores are currently earning just a fraction of their regular revenue, with no idea of when social distancing measures will be relaxed.
“Independent bookstores are some of our most valued customers,” said Rodger Touchie, publisher of Heritage House Publishing and president of the Heritage Group of publishers. “Not only do they support and champion Canadian-published books and authors by stocking our titles and hosting events, but they are landmarks and community hubs, and they maintain and support Canadian literary culture at large.”
Beginning April 6, 2020, independent bookstores will receive:
• An additional 20% off their net invoices
• Option to have their orders shipped directly to customers for a flat fee
• No minimum purchase required
The offer applies to any title published by Heritage House Publishing, TouchWood Editions, and Rocky Mountain Books ordered through Heritage Group Distribution. It will run from April 6, 2020 until whenever the stores are able to reopen. “This is a simple and direct way to support our friends and partners, the indie bookstores, both financially and logistically, at a time when they are at increased risk,” said Patrick Helme, president of Heritage Group Distribution. “We want to make sure that all of those bookstores are still here at the end of this uncertain time.”
The flat shipping rate is an offer to ship direct to your customer, on your behalf the steep discount on invoice (20% on net invoice) amounts to a calculation of about +12% in most cases and there is NO minimum per order.
